We have helped developers and their project partners - housing associations, local authorities and regeneration agencies - understand the options available and effectively advised as to the best procurement strategy, the most appropriate funding route and the most suitable technologies and partners

We are also experts in the planning, provision and negotiation of Energy Services Company (ESCo) agreements to finance and operate sustainable energy solutions. We established the first community owned ESCo for the zero carbon Titanic Mill project in Yorkshire and advised Crest Nicholson on the selection of a third party ESCo partner for the Bath Western Riverside regeneration project, both in the UK.

Camco's EPLabel Online is a secure, web based software tool that generates Display Energy Certificates (DECs). Its capabilities extend well beyond DEC production however. EPLabel Online is a powerful data and carbon management tool, in that it provides clear, centrally stored and easily accessed information on an entire property portfolios energy performance.
